DissolveMaster® In-Line Solids Liquids Mixer

DissolveMaster® In-line rotor-stator liquid/solids mixers are designed with a rotating rotor inside a stationary stator.

The rotor’s high-speed movement generates strong shear forces as the liquid and solid components pass through the narrow gap between the rotor and the stator. This shear action promotes particle dispersion, deagglomeration, and mixing.

The primary purpose of an in-line rotor-stator liquid/solids mixer is to effectively disperse solid particles within a liquid, preventing agglomeration, settling, or clumping of the particles. These mixers achieve homogeneity by ensuring that solid particles are uniformly distributed throughout the liquid, leading to consistent composition and characteristics.
