In-Line Solids Liquids Mixer

A DissolveMaster® in-line rotor-stator liquid/solids high shear mixer is a specialized mixing device that blends and homogenizes liquid and solid components in a continuous flow process. DissolveMaster® In-line rotor-stator liquid/solids mixers are designed with a rotating rotor inside a stationary stator. The rotor’s high-speed movement generates strong shear forces as the liquid and solid components pass through the narrow gap between the rotor and the stator. This shear action promotes particle dispersion, deagglomeration, and mixing.
