Bottom-Mounted Centrical Scraper Agitator

Installed directly on the tank bottom, this agitator rotates centrally while simultaneously scraping the vessel walls. It promotes homogeneous mixing and heat transfer, especially in viscous products, while ensuring 100% drainability through the eccentrically placed outlet.

Top-Mounted High Shear Homogenizer

The high shear rotor-stator head, mounted on the vessel top, ensures rapid and uniform emulsion formation. It reduces droplet size and guarantees product stability for creams, emulsions, and dispersions.

Integrated Top Disperser

Designed for rapid and effective incorporation of powders and solids into the liquid phase. The disperser breaks down agglomerates and enables smooth texture development in products requiring particulate uniformity.

Compact and Accessible Design

By relocating the primary agitation function to the vessel base, the top of the tank remains accessible for inspection, loading, or automation integration. This also reduces overall system height.
