This video captures a live functional test of a coaxial agitator, executed prior to installation in a cosmetic processing vessel.
Each system is individually engineered, combining central hydroFlex mixing with peripheral wall-sweeping helical agitator to achieve:
- Controlled shear distribution (produced by the bottom high shear homogenizer installed in the tank)
- Uniform heat and mass transfer
- Stable mixing across wide viscosity ranges
The test verifies torque load, shaft stability, flow pattern, and mechanical integration, ensuring the mixer performs exactly as designed once installed.
