בוחש בורגי SpiralBlend®
בוחשי SpiralBlend® (Screw) של מגט תעשיות משמשים למטרות בחישה במגוון רחב של יישומים תעשייתיים. אימפלרים אלו מאופיינים בלהבים בצורת ספירלה המלופפים סביב ציר מרכזי. תכנון זה מתאים במיוחד למשימות הכוללות הרמה וסירקולציה של נוזלים צמיגיים, משחות וחומרים הדורשים בחישה עדינה אך יעילה.
משטר הזרימה העדין והאחיד הנוצר על ידי אימפלרים ספירליים מסייע להשגת סירקולציה יעילה של המוצר בתוך המיכל ולהבטחת אחידות התערובת. ניתן לשלב אימפלר הליקלי עם בוחש מסוג עוגן או שער (Anchor/Gate) ליצירת מערכת בוחשים משולבת בעלת עוצמה גבוהה, היוצרת כוחות רדיאליים ואקסיאליים משמעותיים בו־זמנית.
A helical impeller can be combined with an anchor/gate impeller for a massive combined agitator that creates strong both radial and axial forces.
